खाद्य सुरक्षा दल की कार्रवाई, फूड लाइसेंस के बिना संचालित होटल्स की रसोई की बंद, लिए नमूने

24 न्यूज अपडेट, जयपुर। प्रदेशभर में ‘शुद्ध आहार, मिलावट पर वार’ अभियान संचालित किया जा रहा है। खाद्य सुरक्षा आयुक्त एच गुइटे के निर्देश एवं अतिरिक्त आयुक्त, खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि नियंत्रण पंकज ओझा के सुपरविजन में सोमवार को मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी जयपुर द्वितीय के खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारियों की टीम ने अजमेर रोड़ पर देवलिया औऱ मोखमपुरा में संचालित लक्की होटल्स में निरीक्षण एवं खाद्य नमूनीकरण की कार्रवाई की गई।
श्री ओझा ने बताया कि निरीक्षण में फर्म बिना फ़ूड लाइसेंस के खाद्य कारोबार करती हुई पाई गई, इसलिए फर्मों को लाइसेंस जारी होने तक कारोबार तत्काल प्रभाव से बंद करवाया गया है। साथ ही, दोनों प्रतिष्ठान से पनीर व ग्रेवी का नमूना लेकर लैब में जांच हेतु भिजवाया गया है, जहां से रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने के पश्चात खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम 2006 नियम एवं विनियम 2011 के अनुसार अग्रिम कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
फर्म्स की रसोई में बदरंग दीवारें, टूटा फर्श, गंदे बर्तन, बिना जाली के खुले दरवाजे व खिड़कियां तथा गन्दगी फैली पाई गई। पेस्ट कंट्रोल के सबूत, फ़ूड हैंडलर्स के स्वास्थ्य प्रमाण पत्र तथा प्रयुक्त किए जा रहे पानी की लैब टेस्ट रिपोर्ट भी नहीं पाई गई। उन्होंने बताया कि फर्मो को समस्त कमियों के दुरुस्तीकरण हेतु शीघ्र नोटिस दिया जाएगा तथा बिना लाइसेंस के कारोबार करने के जुर्म में सक्षम न्यायालय में परिवाद दायर किया जाएगा.
इस कार्रवाई में मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी जयपुर द्वितीय के खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी रमेश चंद यादव, अवधेश गुप्ता और नंदकिशोर कुमावत शामिल रहे।
24 News Update, Jaipur. A campaign titled ‘Pure Food, Attack on Adulteration’ is being conducted across the state. Under the direction of Food Safety Commissioner H Guite and under the supervision of Additional Commissioner, Food Safety and Drug Control Pankaj Ojha, a team of food safety officers from the Chief Medical and Health Officer Jaipur II inspected the Lucky Hotels operating in Devalia and Mokhampura on Ajmer Road and took food samples on Monday.

Mr. Ojha mentioned that the firm was found to be conducting food business without a food license, therefore, the operations of the firms have been immediately halted until the license is issued. Additionally, samples of paneer and gravy have been taken from both establishments and sent to the lab for testing, and further actions will be taken according to the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006 and the Rules and Regulations 2011 upon receiving the report.

In the kitchens of the firms, discolored walls, broken floors, dirty utensils, open doors and windows without screens, and spread filth were found. Evidence of pest control, health certificates of food handlers, and lab test reports of the water being used were also missing. He stated that a notice will be issued shortly to rectify all deficiencies and a complaint will be filed in the competent court for conducting business without a license.

This action involved Food Safety Officers Ramesh Chand Yadav, Abhadesh Gupta, and Nandkishore Kumawat from the Chief Medical and Health Officer Jaipur II.
