प्रेमिका के घर बुलाया और कर दिया चाकूवार, महिला सहित चार आरोपियों को किया गिरफ्तार

चित्तौड़गढ़,। शहर चित्तौड़गढ़ के भीलो की झोपड़ियों कच्ची बस्ती में 28 दिसम्बर को एक युवक की मारपीट व चाकूबाजी के बाद हुई मृत्यु की घटना का 24 घंटे में खुलासा करते हुए डीएसपी चित्तौड़गढ़ के नेतृत्व में कोतवाली चित्तौड़गढ़ थाना पुलिस की टीम ने घटना कारित करने वाले एक महिला सहित चार आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया हैं। आरोपियों से हत्या में प्रयुक्त चाकू व मोटर साईकिल बरामद किया गया है। महिला आरोपी सहित दो को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजा गया है वहीं दो आरोपियों को पुलिस रिमांड पर रखा गया है। पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री सुधीर जोशी के अनुसार सियालिया पुलिस थाना बस्सी निवासी राम पंवार पुत्र देवराज पंवार ने पुलिस को दी अपनी रिपोर्ट में बताया कि 28 दिसम्बर को उसका भाई लखन रात के समय करीब 10-11 पी.एम. बजे के आसपास अपने किराये के मकान भीलो की झोपड़ियों कच्ची बस्ती शांतिबाई खटीक के मकान के पहुँचा जहाँ लखन की प्रेमिका चांदनी पुत्री रवि लोट व चांदनी की माता रेखा पत्नि रवि लोट मिली जिन्होने उनकी पुत्री से दूर रहने की बात को लेकर लखन को गाली-गलौच कर धक्का मुक्की करने लग गई और पास ही किराये के मकान से अपने लड़के विकास लोट को बुला लिया। जिस पर रेखा का लड़का व चांदनी का भाई विकास लोट उसके दोस्त विजय जाट पुत्र धर्मवीर जाट निवासी गांधीनगर चितौड़गढ़ व सूरज पुत्र मंगल भील निवासी देवका गांव थाना बाजना जिला रतलाम (एम.पी.) आये जिन्होने आते ही जान से मारने की नियत से विकास लोठ ने चाकू निकाल कर लखन के दो-तीन बार चाकू के पेट पर वार किये। जिससे नीचे गिरते ही सूरज ने भी चाकू की लखन के मारी व रेखा व विजय ने भी उसके साथ लात घुस्सो से मारपीट की। विकास, विजय, सूरज मौके से भाग गये। लखन घायल हो गया, जिसको ईलाज हेतु सावरिया जी हॉस्पीटल चितौड़गढ़ से रेफर कर उदयपुर ले गये जहां ईलाज के दौराने उसकी मृत्यु हो गई। जिस पर प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध कर अनुसंधान डीएसपी चित्तौड़गढ़ विनय चौधरी द्वारा किया गया।घटना की गंभीरता को देखते हुऐ एएसपी चितौड़गढ सरिता सिंह के निर्देशन एवं डीएसपी चितौड़गढ विनय चौधरी के सुपरविजन में थानाधिकारी कोतवाली चितौड़गढ़ संजीव स्वामी पुनि. के नेतृत्व में एक विशेष टीम का गठन किया गया। मामले में तकनीकी साक्ष्य एवं ह्युमन इंटेलीजेंस का उपयोग करते हुऐ घटना कारित करने वाले आरोपी भीलो की झोपड़ियों चितौड़गढ़ निवासी विकास पुत्र रवि लोट, गांधीनगर चितौड़गढ़ निवासी विजय जाट पुत्र धर्मवीर जाट, मध्यप्रदेश के रतलाम जिले के देवका गांव थाना बाजना निवासी सूरज पुत्र मंगल मईड़ा एवं भीलो की झोपड़ियों चितौड़गढ़ निवासी रेखा पत्नि रवि लोट को त्वरित कार्यवाही करते हुऐ घटना के 24 घण्टे में ही गिरफ्तार किया जाकर न्यायालय में पेश किया गया। जहां से आरोपी विजय जाट व रेखा को न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में भिजवाये गये एवं आरोपी विकास लोठ व सूरज मईड़ा को पुलिस रिमांड पर लिया जाकर उनकी सूचनानुसार घटना में प्रयुक्त चाकू व मोटर साईकिल बरामद की गई। मामले में गिरफ्तार आरोपियों से गहनता से अनुसंधान किया जा रहा है।*कार्यवाही करने वाली टीम :-वृत्ताधिकारी चित्तौड़गढ़ विनय चौधरी, थानाधिकारी कोतवाली चितौड़गढ़ संजीव स्वामी पु.नि., एएसआई अम्बालाल, हैड कानि. गोपाल लाल, कानि. ओमप्रकाश, हरफूल, राजेश व मुकेश, वृत्त कार्यालय चित्तौड़गढ़ के हैड कानि. गौतम व कानि.कमलेन्द्र सिंह।

Around Bazaar, the huts of Bhilo reached the house of Shantibai Khatik where the girlfriend of Lakhan Chandni daughter Ravi Lot and Chandni’s mother Rekha wife Ravi Lot, who abused Lakhan about staying away from their daughter. Started punching and called her boy Vikas Lot from a rented house nearby. On whom Rekha’s son and Chandni’s brother Vikas Lot, his friend Vijay Jat’s son Dharmaveer Jat resident Gandhinagar Chitorgarh and Suraj son Mangal Bhil resident Devka village police station Bajna district Ratlam (M. P. ) Who came, with the intention of killing life, Vikas Loth took out the knife and attacked the stomach of Lakhan twice. As soon as he fell down, the sun also stabbed the knife and Line and Vijay also kicked him with bribery. Development, victory, sun ran away from the chance. Lakhan was injured, who was referred to Savariya ji hospital Chitorgarh to Udaipur for treatment where he died during treatment attack. On which the case registered and research was done by DSP Chittorgarh Vinay Chaudhary.Looking at the seriousness of the incident, police station officer Kotwali Chitorgarh Sanjeev Swami Puni under the direction of ASP Chitorgarh Sarita Singh and supervision of DSP Chitorgarh Vinay Chaudhary. A special team was formed under the leadership. In the case, accused using technical evidence and human intelligence, the huts of Bhilo, Chitorgarh resident development son Ravi Lot, Gandhinagar Chitorgarh resident Vijay Jat son Dharmaveer Jat, Devka village police station of Ratlam district of Madhya Pradesh, Suraj son of Mangal Maida and Bhilo Rekha, wife Ravi Lot, a resident of Chitorgarh, was arrested within 24 hours of the incident and presented in the court. From where accused Vijay Jat and Rekha were sent to judicial defense and accused Vikas Loth and Suraj Maida were taken on police remand, according to their information, the knife and motorcycle used in the incident were recovered.
